Healthy Workplace Training Programs

These programs change workplace culture from one of continual conflict, to a far more positive environment that promotes resolutions and conflict avoidance.

The primary focus is line managers who have a particular and direct influence on a team. The training builds both the line manager’s and the team’s capacity to:
